You'll love your new brand, or email us within 7 days and get your money back. No conditions. That is the whole guarantee; the rest of this page is just the practical details.

The $99 brand package

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no conditions. You do not need to give a reason, you do not need to have "tried revisions first", and there is no fine print that takes this back.
That said — if something specific is bothering you about your brand, tell us. Revisions exist exactly for that, and we would rather fix it than refund it. But the choice is entirely yours.
After the 7 days, the purchase is final, though you can always email us if something has genuinely gone wrong and a human will look at it.

Photo Studio subscription and trial

Cancel anytime. You can cancel the $29/month Studio subscription at any time via the billing portal in the app. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Unused credits. Monthly Studio credits roll over for up to 30 days (one additional billing cycle) before they expire. Credits from the $99 package or top-ups do not expire while your account is active.
Free trial. The 7-day trial requires a card on file, but if you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged anything. The first charge only happens when the trial converts.
Something went wrong with a charge? If you believe you were charged in error (for example, you tried to cancel before the trial ended and were billed anyway), email us and we will sort it out.

How to request a refund

Email alex@linvi.ai with the subject "Refund request", from the email address on your Linvi account (so we can find your purchase).
That is all that is required. No forms, no exit interview.
Refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. Once issued, the money typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
