Affiliate Terms

The affiliate program, in writing.

These terms are short because the program is simple: you earn 50% of the first purchase for every customer you send, which is $49.50 on a full-price $99 order. By joining the program you agree to everything on this page.

The commission

You earn 50% of the first purchase made by each customer you refer, computed on what the customer actually pays. On a full-price $99 order that is $49.50; if the customer uses a promo code, the commission is 50% of the discounted amount.
Purchases made through a referral link get an automatic 10% discount at checkout — it makes your link an easier yes. Because the commission is computed on what the customer actually pays, a $99 order with the link discount earns you $44.55.
The commission is one-time, not recurring. It applies to the customer's first purchase only. Later purchases or subscriptions by the same customer do not earn additional commissions.
There is no cap on how many customers you can refer.

Tracking

Your referral link carries your personal code. When someone clicks it, we set a cookie that lasts 60 days. A purchase made within that window is attributed to you.
Attribution also survives signup: if the visitor creates an account through your link and buys later, the sale still counts as yours.

Clearing and refunds

Commissions clear 14 days after the purchase. This covers the customer's 7-day money-back guarantee plus a small buffer.
If the customer refunds within their guarantee window, the pending commission is reversed. A cleared commission is yours.

Payouts

Cleared commissions: Paid monthly on the 1st via PayPal, to the payout email you set in your dashboard.
There is no minimum payout threshold. Whatever you cleared, you receive.
You are responsible for any taxes on your affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction.

What is not allowed

No self-referrals. Purchasing through your own link, or referring accounts you control, earns no commission. This is enforced automatically.
No misleading claims about Linvi, its pricing, or its results. Say what the product does; it does plenty.
No spam, no bidding on Linvi brand keywords in paid search, and no posing as Linvi itself.
We may reverse commissions obtained through fraud and remove affiliates who break these terms.

The program itself

We may update these terms. If we change a number that affects your earnings, the change applies to future referrals, never retroactively to commissions you already earned.
